Eleanor Lee is a composer, producer, singer-songwriter and sound artist based in London and Seoul. Her practice moves fluidly across electronic music, popular music, indie, contemporary and instrumental music, electroacoustic and sound art. Grounded in research-based music, conceptual composition, sonic fiction, hauntology, and the idea of music as archive, her work explores the residues of emotion, the layered temporality of memory, and sensory experiences that traverse both the personal and the social.
She has worked with a range of institutions and artists, including the BBC Symphony Orchestra, the National Gallery, London Jazz Festival, the Barbican Centre, Southbank Centre, Corinne Bailey Rae, City of London, the Courtauld Gallery, the Royal College of Art, Resonance FM and the Electric Earth Orchestra.
엘레노어 리는 런던과 서울을 중심으로 활동하는 프로듀서, 작곡가 겸 싱어송라이터이다. 그녀의 작업은 전자음악과 대중음악, 인디, 기악 및 현대음악,구체음악과 사운드 아트 등 다양한 장르를 넘나들며, 리서치 기반 음악, 개념적 작곡, 아카이브로서의 음악, 헌톨로지와 소닉 픽션의 축으로 삼아, 정서의 흔적, 시간의 층위, 개인과 사회를 가로지르는 감각들을 사운드로 아카이빙한다.
엘레노어는 BBC 심포니 오케스트라, 내셔널 갤러리, 런던 재즈 페스티벌, 바비칸 센터, 사우스 뱅크 센터, 커린 베일리 레이, 시티 오브 런던, 코톨드 갤러리, Resonance FM 및 일렉트릭 어스 오케스트라 등 다양한 기관 및 아티스트들과 작업해왔다.
